Many of these energy discoveries just happened accidentally. This was as a result of experimenting with hundreds of exercise, dietary, self-help and spiritual programs.
Each time I made such a discovery I was flabbergasted at how much noticeably higher my energy levels were or how much better I felt.
And there were other benefits as well… such as getting a natural high AT WILL in 3-minutes or less.

Now on to my first energy blasting discovery that came as a result of a pain in my legs.
“My 1992 Energy Boosting Breakthrough”
Way back in 1992 I accidentally made my first super energy boosting discovery.
I was working at a job doing data entry and sitting on my arse 8 hours a day. It wasn’t long before I started getting a pain in my legs from sitting down all day long.
One day I mentioned this problem to my friend Mike and he suggested that I needed to exercise.
So I figured, what do I have to lose? I started doing again an exercise program I used in High School to get me in shape for the tennis team.
And soon enough my legs started feeling much better. But I had to exercise every day during the week to relieve most of the pain in my legs.
I also started noticing a whole long list of wonderful benefits. I even wrote that list down so that I wouldn’t forget how wonderful doing this exercise was.
Now let me explain how I knew that my energy levels had increased dramatically as a result of doing this program.
Back in those days I did a lot of moving. I mean moving in and out of houses.
I already had a lot of experience with moving.
But this latest move to Edison, NJ was a different experience.
I got the help of two friends of mine who were actually younger than me. As we were moving I noticed how much faster I was moving than them. And as the move wore on they got slower, but I kept on moving more and more stuff.
I easily moved at least 50% more stuff than either of my buddies did. I was pleasantly surprised at my new found energy levels.
For every two loads of stuff my friends carried from the truck, I’d do at least three. I was practically running back and forth to the truck while they started off OK and then their energy levels dropped off later in the day.
I had more energy to be super productive physically, and while I was doing things faster than them, I also was fresher energy wise after the move.
Had I not been exercising the move would have taken considerably longer and I would have been exhausted.
Turns out in future moves I did I still had these incredible energy levels. This was a definite positive change for me.
This particular exercise system which I’ll reveal to you in a moment used two elements of my Endless Energy Formula or SHEDOO.
1. O for Oxygenation – Which means distributing oxygen to the cells much better. This system is incredibly effective at improving aerobic efficiency because it works not only the legs but also the arms at the same time.
You get in fantastic aerobic shape whilst actually building up your muscles as well.
2. H for Heat – I’ve found a certain magic in terms of energy production when you heat up your body. This is especially noticeable in the wintertime when people in many parts of the world have to heat their homes and don’t want to waste money so they keep the temperature down.
OK, so I bet you’re dieing to know what exercise program I was using back in 1992.
And by the way, I still use it from time to time. Though I’ve expanded to many other types of exercises over the years.
It’s called Heavyhands which was invented by Leonard Schwartz M.D. I got involved with Heavyhands when they first came out around in 1982.
There are several books on the subject if you’re interested. But basically you get these small hand weights from 1 to 10 pounds and do a series of exercises with them.
I did my workouts after coming home from work and they usually lasted from 15 to 20 minutes. After a short while these workouts became quite fun.
To me they’re much more entertaining to do than just jogging and the fitness benefits blow running out of the water.
So now you know my first accidental energy boosting discovery that also happened to remove the pain in my legs from sitting down all day long while doing data entry.
And that was not what I’d call a fun job.
