“Why I Feel So Good I Can Barely Take It”

by Roger Haeske on November 26, 2009

A while back I went outside in the sunlight and the crisp air and did my Instant Energy Exercise Routine.

These are a powerful group of exercises that have the unique ability to give you extra ENERGY and a natural high in anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes.

When I came back home from doing the exercises I got a call from a friend. While talking to her, I realized that I felt so good, right there and then… that I almost couldn’t stand it.

I felt an INCREDIBLE feeling of invigoration and happiness. I could feel all of my cells vibrating and tingling with energy, oxygen and joy. The best way to describe it is total-body invigoration.

It’s hard to explain, but when you get close to your physical limit of expressing happiness, it’s almost as if it’s too much. But it wasn’t too much, it was just as much as I could take and it was fantastic.

The best news is I keep reproducing similar happifying results day after day.

These aren’t necessarily new exercises; you’ve probably done some of them at one point or another. But there is a certain commonality to all of them which is the secret to the quick energy boosting results.

What’s really cool about Instant Energy Exercises is that you don’t have to be so serious when you do them. It’s more about having fun, getting a natural high and quickly boosting your energy levels.

In fact, they’re fantastic for warm-ups before your normal exercise routine.

Yet, with these exercises, you also get a powerful workout throughout your lower and upper body and you don’t need any exercise equipment.

Here’s what the Instant Energy Exercises Can Do For You…

1. Give you a quick natural high, any time you need it.

2. Increase your physical energy levels in 2 to 5 minutes and any time you need it.

3. Increase your mental alertness, any time you need it.

4. You can do these any time, no need to even get into exercise clothing, just put on your sneakers.

5. Save loads of time because you can exercise, while doing your normally sedentary job or daily chores. It’s like multitasking your fitness program and other activities at the same time.

6. Cleanse your body because of the increased flow of lymph fluid.

7. These exercises are really fun to do. Young children often do them naturally. These will make you feel like a child all over again. Experience the joy of living all over again.

8. Strengthens your abs and core without the need to do crunches or sit-ups.

9. Will help you increase your vertical leap.

Parts of the body exercised:

Legs
Buns
Calves
Core
Abs
Obliques
Back
Arms
Shoulders
Chest

A couple of these exercises can even crack your back for you.

Wouldn’t it be great to get these benefits in as little as five minutes a day?

Actually, you can start to feel the incredible effects after the first minute of doing these. For me it usually just takes a minute to feel the natural high from doing these.

From 1 minute to 1 hour, the choice is yours.

Ok then, I’ve got some great news for you. You can get Instant Energy Exercises at the lowest price I’m ever going to offer them for by simply signing up for the Advance Notification Announcement List.

Roger,
Are the Instant Energy Exercises included as part of the Lightning Speed Fitness program that I bought a few years ago. If so I don’t remember them. As of late, I have lost my job and have fallen into the worse shape of my life, I have gained weight and lost energy. Please help me regain my fitness and lose the weight.
Thank you,
John B. Jones

Just wondering whether this or another progam you have is suitable for a 65 year old woman to do. I am fairly flexible for my age, don’t look 65 and am recovering from fibromyalgia. I used to work out at the gym 3 x p wk up until FM, and am needing an ongoing set of exercises. I am eating well (big salads etc), I am stretching every day, like at gym, plus added ones from other ph/therapist, osteopaths and doctors, etc. Also am walking maybe 4 x per week, but not too strenuously. Other health issues. Doctors want to put me on steroids, but am not going there! Any clues for me please?

Hi John,

The Instant Energy Exercises are distinct and not included in the Lightning Speed Fitness Program.

Tis a completely different program and with different benefits.

Thanks for your advice. I do exercises about 3 times a week or so,
just a few then 25 or 30 push ups and it does give me more energy.

Do you have any suggestions or ideas on how to cure burning mouth
or sore mouth syndrome? I am 73 1/2 now but still going. I am
encouraged by your ongoing articles on fitness and diet. I do not
eat any flesh food, but still use some butter and milk. I also take many
vitamins each day for my BPH (prostate Health) a Chinese Herbal
Remedy for 5 years now. I read that Vit B 12 & B complex would help.

I thought maybe eating too much Peanut butter — Adams peanut
butter on bread with honey and also cinnamon caused the burning
mouth syndrome. I am on social security now. What do you reccommend
to help ? I will read some of your back ads again and wait for your
reply. Thanks for your inspiration. Your friend, Mike from near
Salem, Oregon. usa
